Terms and conditions

Extended Stay & Temporary Housing Program is subject to availability and management approval. A minimum stay of seven (7) consecutive nights is required to participate in the program.

Full payment is required at the time of booking and at each weekly renewal. Weekly payments are non-refundable once the stay period begins, regardless of early departure. Cancellations and no-shows are subject to full charges.

Rates, terms, and room assignments are subject to availability and may be adjusted based on prevailing demand and operational needs. Extended Stay reservations do not establish residency or tenancy rights and remain subject to hotel policies.
